"Justice, Sir, is the great interest of man on earth. It is the ligament which holds civilized beings
and civilized nations
together."
Daniel Webster
1782-1852
Garth Eaton Federal President |
Welcome to The Federal Party of Australia... a political party for thinking Australians... and in time, a government offering a new political era of Statesmen and Stateswomen, each with a deep understanding of the need to Protect and Bond our nation.
Furthermore, we are not the Greens or Labor, nor the Nationals or the Liberals. We are the Federals. We stand unified on all fronts which will serve to prosper this nation as a whole and convincingly serve to deliver Natural Justice throughout the lives of all Australians. |
Nor will we allow injustice to stain the application of law within our courts. And because of this, there is something extra that we now bring to the Australian table. It's the phasing in of an Advanced Legal System which is defined within our Federal Constitution and expanded on under Critical Policies.
In short, this system of justice is styled along the lines of the European inquisitorial (investigative) legal models. No longer will money buy high-priced legal teams (i.e. adversaries) capable of concealing evidence and truth; and multiple judges will sit alongside competent experts relevant to the case in both civil and criminal courts.
And Justice Reform is only one of our seven (7) structural reinforcements; that is, Critical Policies, needed to be urgently driven into the unstable foundations upon which our nation now stands - Critical Policies that by necessity need to be underpinned by our Extraordinary Critical Policy: Internal Defence.
But first, let's take a snapshot of our history:We began the Commonwealth of Australia in 1901 with two major weaknesses... an unjust judicial system inherited from England... and an undemocratic approach to electing our politicians. These two flaws continue to fly in the face of democracy to this day.
But in spite of that, we proudly developed a strong nation on the back of agriculture and manufacturing and were greatly assisted by cultures who were equally prepared to put in an honest day's work.
These immigrants integrated peacefully, with many assimilating into our predominantly Christian culture. But none of them made demands, and nor did they have hidden religious agendas or ulterior motives. And together we built a hard-earned reputation as "the lucky country" - all of it Australian owned.
And now, having expanded and protected our evergrowing heritage through two World Wars and many global conflicts... it's all slipping through our hands. The foundations we built and fought for are fast eroding.
We are now the jewel in the crown of predatory countries... Our land and infrastructure are being targeted for acquisition... the fabric of our culture and our national security are further being undermined by threats from religious extremists...
The writing is clearly on the wall. If we don't put an end to the seemingly unfettered sale of our assets... halt the immigration of hostile cultures... make home ownership a reality once again... and most of all, take our youth right now, as a national imperative, and begin a Cultural Bonding education program in conjunction with a strong Internal Defence policy... then we may as well stand silently by and watch other nations take what they want and other cultures skilfully divide us.
If unchecked, it will all happen within 40 years. And there will be little or nothing left that is recognisably Australian... including the name of our country.
We cannot let that happen:"Give me Statesmen and Stateswomen with a deep understanding of the engine rooms of Australian industry and who are prepared to Protect and Bond all cultures... and I'll give you a nation that will forever remain Australian."
Together, if we drive in all seven structural reinforcements... that is, our Critical Policies... and bolster them with Internal Defence... then the erosion that seems inevitable through inaction, will be checked and reversed.
I will start by highlighting our trilogy of National Security policies involving: Cultural Bonding... one, Immigration... two, and Foreign Investment... three, followed by our Extraordinary Critical Policy, Internal Defence.
CULTURAL BONDING - National Security (Critical Policy - 1)Throughout humanity it has been said, "Give me just one generation of youth..." or "He alone who gains the youth gains the future." And these words have been said in many different ways by many leaders... most of them megalomaniacs like Stalin and Hitler. But their words should also be ours. Not because of some hidden agenda to dominate other nations but because of our urgent need to internally bond our cultures.
And we will start that process in all... I repeat... in all primary schools and round it off during a compulsory Gap Year following Year 12. It will be this Gap Year that sees our youth - all cultures... all religions... men and women - wearing a quasi military-style uniform as they are exposed to the career opportunities their nation offers.
Students will take a journey through every aspect of the environment, Australian industries, small business, and the entrepreneurial sides of commerce. They will be involved in business planning, medicine, engineering, all aspects of building and construction, the sciences and the arts. This one year will be a platform from which they will launch their carefully selected career paths.
It will be an action-packed adventure brimming with creativity that rarely surfaces in many, and an experience that Students will take through life in the most positive way.
Camaraderie will be built, and the flag under which Students assemble and march will be the flag under which the blood of so many Australians has been shed to ensure the security and prosperity of a nation now enjoyed by all of our cultures irrespective of religious beliefs.
IMMIGRATION - National Security (Critical Policy - 2)I have said that The Federal Party of Australia is a political party for thinking Australians. But you don't have to be an intellectual giant to overcome the political correctness and fear that is currently destroying the Australia we care for. Please take a moment to read how this Critical Policy will be driven deep into our foundations.
And take particular note of the mandatory requirement of all potential immigrants to consent to their children participating in Australia's Cultural Bonding education program.
FOREIGN INVESTMENT - National Security (Critical Policy - 3)I cannot recall ever giving any Federal or State government a mandate to hammer a 'For Sale' sign into our primary producing properties, or infrastructure which is vital to national commerce. Losing even partial control of these services to other countries allows them to compromise us whenever it suits them. And you don't have to be a major shareholder of a Rail system or Energy source to adversely affect Australian lives.
This short term money grab (irrespective of immediate benefits) in exchange for long term, high risk to our national security will be fettered under a Federal Party of Australia government.
INTERNAL DEFENCE - National Security (Extraordinary Cr.Pol.)I am sure that most Australians have heard and understood the phrase "rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic". In short, it means that there is little point putting matters cosmetically in order if the fundamental structure is at risk of collapsing.
And in Australia's case, The Federal Party of Australia can implement the very best national security measures in terms of Immigration, Foreign Investment and Cultural Bonding policies, but if we do not constantly protect our people... our culture and our identity, then we will lose everything.
"A nation's best form of defence is a well-armed citizenry." These words are expressed in many languages and throughout many nations. But it is how you go about it that matters. And we believe that our policy to introduce an anti-terrorism, Citizen Volunteer Militia and Home Security program with maximum government gun control is the obvious form of deterrent and a logical first responder throughout the length and breadth of Australia.
HOME OWNERSHIP (Critical Policy - 4)The foundations of the Australian Dream have long since been removed through the heavy influence of foreign domestic buyers and their seemingly unrestricted finances and access to it. But this is only one factor that has driven housing prices well beyond the reach of most Australian incomes as you will read in our Critical Policies section.
Home Ownership is a Critical Policy that is needed to restore and underpin a nation's self esteem which in turn creates the passion to work towards a secure future. Simply put, that incentive has been lacking in many Australians for well over a generation. We need to get it back, and a Federal Party of Australia government will.
RETIRED EXPERTISE (Critical Policy - 6)The sixth Critical Policy deals with Retired Expertise and the maintaining of a national Register of Competencies; competencies that largely lie dormant - unproductive - after having been built over a lifetime. And there are more than three and a half million retirees within our nation. This dormant expertise is, without question, one of the most valuable resources Australia has at its disposal.
A Federal Party of Australia government would harness this Retired Expertise, and some retirees would act as Empanelled Experts, sitting alongside Australian Judges to advise on aspects of Industry practices, the Sciences and the Arts, and others to act as Trainers during that Gap Year which is so vital to our ongoing Cultural Bonding education program. But the consulting roles will go well beyond this.
DEMOCRATIC PARLIAMENT (Critical Policy - 7)I began by addressing Critical Policy 5, Justice Reform, and will now finish with a policy that is structured to take the fraud, deception and manipulation out of a voting process which should have been democratic at inception, but wasn't. And like our judicial system we have blindly tolerated an unjust political system which also delivers unfair outcomes. But this will change under a Federal Party of Australia government.
ConclusionThere are frontiers where Australians have never been; be it Justice Reform within our Legal System, implementing democratic practices within the Australian Parliament, utilizing Retired Expertise, or being a world leader in Cultural Bonding and Internal Defence - but now, the Federals can and will take us there, and I am proud to be part of that 'Protect and Bond' journey.
My Sincere Regards,
